Ryan Cote is the Vice President, Operations of Sunny River Management, LLC.  He supports all Sunny River platforms.  Prior to joining SRM, Ryan held various leadership positions for The Home Depot in the New England Region.  At The Home Depot, Ryan focused on Customer Service, Service Provider excellence and process improvements.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts from New England College.

Sylvia Seaver is Controller of Sunny River Management, LLC. She holds a MBA from Mercer University of Atlanta, GA and a BBA from Georgia State University with a major in Accounting. Sylvia has worked in all manner of accounting and finance roles, started as an accounting clerk (over 25 years ago) and moved upwards into more advanced accounting/finance roles.

Sylvia enjoys hiking, boating, reading and spending time with the family.

Tim Stanley is the Chief Technology Officer of Sunny River Management, LLC. Prior to joining SRM, Tim spent 36 years in leadership positions in corporate Information Technology in Huntsville, Alabama, Nashville Tennessee, and Atlanta Georgia. He has worked in Application and Web Development, Network Engineering, Support and Security, Cloud (both public and private) and Infrastructure Engineering, Support and Security and End User Support. As the CIO with Beavex, he had the implementation of SDWan and VOIP to support the business’s ten million Same Day Deliveries per year. Prior to that, Tim worked as a Director of IT at Stagparkway leading the B2B and B2C development which grew from nothing to over $100 Million a year, two ERP systems changes and various BI initiatives. He was taught the Microsoft and Cisco Certification classes at Kennesaw State University Continuing Education, worked in various consultant firms, and while working for Boeing, supported the NASA Shuttle, and International Space Station Programs.

He holds an BE in Computer Engineering from Vanderbilt University and over thirty Information Technology industry certifications.

Lori Wendt is Vice President, Human Resources of Sunny River Management, LLC. She is responsible for providing leadership and guidance for the HR operations of all Sunny River platforms. She was previously the HR Manager of Industrial Inspection & Analysis, Inc. and began her career in Human Resources at The QC Group in Minnetonka, MN. She also served in vendor management and leadership roles at Room and Board and Wesco International.

Lori holds a BA degree from the College of St. Benedict and St. John’s University in Minnesota with a major in Sociology as well as a BS in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen University.
