Danai Brooks is Chief Executive Officer of Komline-Sanderson Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing equipment for the water, renewable energy and other sustainable industries. Prior to Komline-Sanderson, Danai led the successful turnaround and sale of Dyadic, a public industrial biotechnology company, to DuPont. Danai began his career as an investment banker in J.P. Morgan’s M&A Group, where he led mergers and acquisitions in excess of $40 billion, and as an engineer at Ford and Dell.

Danai holds a BS and Master of Engineering from Cornell University, Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Rodney Hinton is Chief Executive Officer of Palmetto Air & Water Balance. He previously served as Vice President of Palmetto Air & Water Balance for the past 32 years. He began his career as a co-op student working for Riegel Textile. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Environmental Balancing Bureau.

Rodney holds a AS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Greenville Technical College. He also holds certifications from the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC), the AABC Commissioning Group (ACG), and the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB).

Shamus Hurley is Chief Executive Officer of Fire Safety and Protection, LLC. Prior to FSP, Shamus was president and chief executive officer of two global, water and wastewater technology portfolio companies owned by Axel Johnson Inc., a family-owned investment company. Shamus also spent over 18 years in the fire and life safety industry as president of Bosch Security Systems, a leading technology manufacturer, and in various leadership roles with Honeywell International’s Protection Services and Enterprise Service and Solutions businesses. Shamus has served on several boards and is a NACD Governance Fellow, and lead outside director for Soundwave Hearing, LLC, a health-tech startup.

Shamus holds a BS with a Specialization in Physics/Marketing from Concordia University (Montreal, QC) as well as an AAS in Engineering Sciences from the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada.

Dr. Jin Kim is Chief Executive Officer of Rezolut, LLC. Prior to joining Rezolut, Jin was at McKinsey & Co., where he focused on healthcare. Jin also brings clinical experience as an Otorhinolaryngologist & Head and Neck Surgeon, joining McKinsey from residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Columbia & Cornell Universities. He was also an analyst in investment banking in NY at Goldman Sachs.

Jin holds a MD from the Perelman School of Medicine and MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a SB in Materials Science Engineering and Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Christopher Niebuhr is Chief Executive Officer of Industrial Inspection & Analysis, Inc™. Prior to joining IIA, Chris served as President and COO of Thompson Industrial Services, a leading industrial cleaning service provider. Chris has a 20-year track record of making significant contributions to companies’ growth and transformation through organic growth and successful acquisitions. 

Chris holds an MBA from The Citadel and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.
