SRM Vice Presidents

Beau Brace is a Vice President of Sunny River Management, LLC. He was previously a Senior Associate with SNH Capital Partners, a private investment firm based in Austin. Prior to joining SNH, Beau was an Associate with Sheridan Capital Partners, a mid-market healthcare private equity fund based in Chicago. Previously, Beau was an Analyst in the Global Healthcare Group of Lazard Frères & Co. in New York.

Beau received his MBA in Finance and Health Care Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and Bachelor of Science with Honors in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. In his free time, Beau enjoys indoor cycling, alpine skiing, and spending time with his wife and dog.

Ivan Osinsky is a Vice President of Sunny River Management, LLC. Prior to joining SRM, he was a Vice President at Chicago Pacific Founders, a private equity firm with a focus on healthcare. Ivan began his career as an investment banker in the Industrials & Services Group at BMO Capital Markets.

Ivan holds an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Bachelor of Science degrees with High Honors in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Illinois.

Chirag Shah is a Vice President of Sunny River Management, LLC. Prior to joining SRM in 2022, he was a Vice President at The Wicks Group, a private equity fund based in New York. Prior to Wicks, Chirag was an Associate at The Sterling Group, a mid-market industrial private equity fund based in Houston. Chirag began his career as an investment banker in the Technology, Media & Telecom Group at Barclays in New York.

Chirag holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
